Privacy Policy
Let's Go Adventures LLC Effective date: August 17, 2026
Let's Go Adventures LLC ("Let's Go Adventures," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website letsgoadventuresllc.com and provides 14-passenger van rentals and driven group trips in Nebraska.
We know you're trusting us with your information, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, when we share it, and the choices you have. By using our website or reserving a rental or trip with us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us, request a quote, book online, or complete our rental paperwork, we may collect:
Contact and identity information — your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth.
Driver information (for self-drive rentals) — driver's license number, issuing state, expiration date, and license class for you and any additional drivers you ask us to approve.
Insurance information (for self-drive rentals) — your insurance company, policy number, agent contact, and policy expiration.
Booking and trip details — rental dates, pickup and return times and locations, destination or travel area, number of passengers, and purpose of the trip.
Payment information — details needed to process your deposit, balance, and any authorized charges. Payments are handled by secure third-party processors. When a card is kept on file to cover authorized charges (including for cash, check, or Venmo bookings), it is stored only through our processor's secure system. We do not store full card numbers or security codes in our own files or on paper.
Communications — the contents of emails, texts, form submissions, and other messages you send us.
Information we collect automatically on our website
Our website is hosted on Squarespace. When you visit, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the site that referred you. This helps us understand how our site is used and improve it. See Section 6 (Cookies and analytics) below.
Information from the vehicle
Our van is equipped with GPS or other vehicle-tracking technology, which we use for vehicle recovery, mileage tracking, maintenance, and business operations. During a rental, this technology may collect location, mileage, and related vehicle data.
Photos
At pickup and return, we may take photos documenting the condition of the vehicle. These photos are kept as part of the rental record.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, manage, and complete your rental or driven trip;
Verify eligibility, review driver's licenses and insurance, and approve drivers;
Process deposits, balances, and any authorized charges such as fuel, mileage, late returns, cleaning, tolls, tickets, or damage;
Communicate with you about your booking, quote, or questions;
Support vehicle safety, recovery, maintenance, and mileage tracking;
Keep records, resolve disputes, enforce our rental agreements, and comply with legal, tax, and insurance obligations;
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services; and
Send you updates or promotional messages, where permitted — you can opt out at any time.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business:
Service providers — companies that help us operate, such as our website host (Squarespace), payment processors (for example, Squarespace's commerce tools, Stripe, or Venmo), our GPS/tracking provider, and cleaning or repair vendors when needed.
Insurance and claims — insurers, adjusters, or agents in connection with a claim, incident, or coverage verification.
Legal and safety — law enforcement, toll or citation authorities, courts, or others when required by law, to respond to legal process, to recover our vehicle, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Let's Go Adventures, our customers, or the public.
Business transfers — if our business is sold, merged, or transferred, your information may be part of that transaction.
4. Payments
Deposits, balances, and authorized charges are processed through third-party payment processors. Their handling of your payment information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Any card kept on file is stored only within a processor's secure system, not by us directly.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes afterward — including record-keeping, accounting and tax requirements, insurance, dispute resolution, and enforcing our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including those provided through Squarespace, to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand site traffic and performance. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings; if you do, some parts of the site may not work as intended. For more on how our host uses cookies, see Squarespace's cookie and privacy policies.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and we rely on reputable providers for payment processing and website hosting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, such as the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
9. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for adults, and drivers must be at least 25 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us, and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites and services, such as our booking tools, payment processors, or our Facebook page. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
