Welcome to Let's Go Adventures LLC ("Let's Go Adventures," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website letsgoadventuresllc.com and your reservation of our van rentals and driven trips. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our services

We offer one 14-passenger van, available two ways:

  • Rent the van (self-drive) — up to 14 passengers including your driver. You provide the driver and your own vehicle insurance, reserve your dates, and drive the trip yourself.

  • Book a trip (driven) — up to 13 passengers, and we provide the driver. You tell us where and when, and we handle the route.

All travel must stay within the State of Nebraska unless we give prior written approval. Our vehicle is a 2016 Ford Transit 350HD.

2. Our rental agreement also governs your rental

These Terms cover your use of our website and the general terms of doing business with us. Your actual rental or trip is also governed by the documents you complete and sign with us, which may include our Van Rental Agreement, Driver Qualification & Verification Form, Additional Driver Form, Credit Card Authorization Form, and Vehicle Pickup & Return Inspection Form.

If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed rental agreement for a specific booking, the signed rental agreement controls for that booking.

3. Eligibility and driver requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license. No CDL is required.

  • For self-drive rentals, you must provide proof of acceptable vehicle insurance before the van is released. Coverage travels with the driver, so we recommend confirming your coverage with your insurance agent before you book. You do not need to provide your own insurance for a driven trip.

  • Only drivers we have approved may operate the van. We verify licenses and insurance and may decline to approve a driver for reasons including an unsafe driving history, suspected impairment, false information provided during booking, or prior damage or policy violations.

4. Bookings, deposits, and payment

  • A reservation deposit of 50% of the total trip price (minimum $50) is due at the time of booking.

  • Your balance is due 7 days before your scheduled pickup date.

  • Bookings made within 7 days of the trip date require full payment at the time of booking.

  • If you pay by cash, check, Venmo, or another non-credit-card method, a valid credit card must still be kept on file through our secure payment system to cover any authorized additional charges.

  • Rates and any delivery fee (for pickup outside our service area) will be shown on your reservation or invoice. The rates shown at the time of your booking apply to that booking.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • Cancellations made 8 or more days before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or fewer before the scheduled trip are non-refundable.

6. Fees and additional charges

You are responsible for charges that result from your rental, which may include:

  • Mileage beyond any included allowance — $1.50 per mile;

  • Fuel — the van must be returned with a full tank; missing fuel is charged at $1.00 per gallon over the pump price;

  • Late return — $25–$50 per hour when applicable;

  • Excessive cleaning — starting at $150 for conditions beyond normal use (such as spills, stains, mud, odors, excessive trash, or bodily fluids), or the actual cost of cleaning or restoration if higher;

  • Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or pets in the van — a $350 charge;

  • Traffic and parking tickets, tolls, towing caused by improper use, and damage, loss, deductibles, or missing equipment, to the extent allowed by the rental terms, applicable insurance, and law.

7. Vehicle use and restrictions

The van must always be operated legally, safely, and responsibly. The van may not be used for:

  • Illegal activity, or transport of illegal drugs or weapons;

  • Racing, off-road use, or towing;

  • Carrying more passengers than the van's capacity;

  • Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the vehicle;

  • Unauthorized subleasing;

  • Driver training; or

  • Commercial hauling or cargo transport.

You are also responsible for:

  • Overhead clearance and parking — the van is 10 feet 6 inches tall and 23 feet 6 inches long, and takes up more than a standard parking space. You must account for low bridges, canopies, drive-throughs, parking garages, and oversized parking, and allow extra room when backing up or passing.

  • Child safety — providing and properly installing any required child safety or booster seats.

  • Returning the van on time and in substantially the same condition as received, ordinary wear excepted, with a full tank of fuel and all keys and equipment.

Please promptly report any accident, damage, theft, warning light, mechanical concern, or other problem involving the van. Do not authorize repairs without our approval, except when necessary for immediate safety.

8. GPS and vehicle tracking

Our van may be equipped with GPS or other vehicle-tracking technology, which we use for recovery, mileage, maintenance, and business operations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Website use

You may use our website for lawful, personal purposes to learn about and book our services. You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law. All content on the website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Let's Go Adventures or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Disclaimers

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let's Go Adventures LLC and its owners, members, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Go Adventures LLC and its owners, members, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the van, your violation of these Terms or a signed rental agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of another.

13. Third-party services and links

Our website relies on and may link to third-party services, such as booking tools, payment processors, and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with any signed rental agreement and related forms, make up the entire agreement between you and Let's Go Adventures for your use of our website and services.
